SR4 governer

We are running 31.4 mw turbine which is equiped with SR4 hydraulic governer.Turbine is condensing type with extractions.Whenever the load reaches in between 22 to 26 MW it starts hunting .the load changes rapidly 4 to 5 MW.What may be the reason.

This is a steam raising system delay problem--with its own time cycle.

If you observe the time cycle in fuel intake to raise steam--

And the Hunting Cycle Time you observed in " theGovernor".

Please observe and post it.
