Software for Data Acquisition

07/06/2006 2:42 PM

Aloysius D'Souza writes:
We use ADAM 4000 series data acquisition I / O modules -- we require the software to analyse data so acquired -- display this data on a personal computer -- draw graphs / trends / cumulative totals -- moving averages, etc.

Please suggest a suitable software package

Try website www.ni.com/ for national Instruments and they have separate are of data acquisition solutions.

Yes, the suggested LabView is one of their software packages worth trying.

You can also contact the manufacturer of your hardware to provide software package suitable for you.

You can hire engineer to write custom software for you. It may cost you a bit more and you do when there is nothing else readymade available in the market.
