  1. What is the safe voltage for people to work with?
  2. Electric shock may be fatal depending on what factors?
  3. The human body has four major stages of harm from electricity: shock, paralysis, burn and fatality. Explain the limits of electricity to produce each stage according to OSHA data.

You can find most of your answers in NFPA 70E. I will note, however, that there is no such thing as "safe" voltage; there are only those voltages that are normally not fatal.
