Small Rubber Plugs (Ferrules)

Dear friends,

I am looking to buy or get free a handfull of surpluss small size rubber plugs that basically look like a 10mm long 4mm diameter with one end dome-like tip.I need to drill a hole(s) through this rubber-cylinder ranges from 1~3mm in diameter.

Please help me to allocate such an item in the surplus domain else, can I cast such item using hard-silicon, if yes, what type of silicon should I purchaise ?
