What best equipment can be used to test Glass Fibre for creep-fatigue failure?

Satec makes a dead-weight test machine for creep strain testing, but you could make your own, too. I modified several Satec machines once to subject materials to constant-stress, creep-strain test machines. If you want to know a simple way to do that, let me know.
