need to design blower

Dear All,

I want a blower for vacuum application of air test rig. I've only flow and pressure drop i.e 3000 m3/hr & 300 mbar. the line size is 4". and two butterfly and two vortex flow meter will come on between on this rig. Please send the how to calculate the head for which I will get exact flow.

Easy - as soon as the line length, the number and type of the other fittings, the relative roughness of the pipe and the operating pressure and temperature are known.

Dear Friend,

Thanks for the reply! The other details are ok but I want to use blower for suction means want to create vacuum in the 4" line. The pressure will at -ve side. I've calculate pressure drop.
