Spark gap circuit

How can I make spark gap circuit which generates sufficient spark to fuse the optical fiber.

It might be better to buy-in the service from an experienced fibre-optic installer, perhaps? Optical fibre installation is skilled work, and better entrusted to specialists in the field.
