DVD's for $30

In one your posts you stated that DVD's were available for $30. Where do I get them?

Try Walmart, a year and a half ago, I paid just under $40 for one. Probably half that now.

$ 30? that's robbery. Try Pakistan $ 1.00 any DVD.

$ 1.00- $ 1.50 any Software even Autocad , Maya or any you can think of.
