Your trafo is 220Kv/ 66KV- 11kV. For differential stability test u need to create an In-zone fault. For that, ByPass CT of any 1 phase on primary side and short the differential CT at the secondary of transformer with other phase CT on secondary. See whether the Differential relay opreates and Breaker trips on this condition or not. if it trips then the system is stable.
