hydraulic test stand repair needed

We possess universal hydraulic test stand P/N 659978, produced by Hydraulic Power System, Inc.Stand shows some signs of malfunction. We need to repair it asap.Please, send us your recommendations & offers if you know any company which can give us their services upon this subject.

First recommendation give a little more info on the problems that you are having with it.

First, there was overspeed indication on console when motors were not running. Emergency stop did not react. Also, adjustable speed drive shows fault 04 (current field signal is wrong). Lamps "active" on plugs (Gould 884) have switched off. At the attempt of power supply resetting, power supply P800-003 has burnt out. We ordered new one.
