And sizes needed.....!

It looks to be the size of a car trailer hitch, but is maybe smaller.....

The usage of the joint is for flexible movement of hand applicator (see picture for detail), the high temp. / 1000 psi pressure of fuild runs through the joint. The ball diameter should be 19 mm and the thread is JIC 37 #6 size, and bearing of ball swivel is PTEF for high temp and high wear resistance application.

Thanks for your further support !

Your reference to the thread being JIC 37 #6 leads me to think that it was manufactured in a part of the world that is not using metrics. I have found nothing similar in the Parker line. Can you identify any other components that are used on the machine that you sent picture of? Possibly one of the other manufactures of components used on the machine was also responsible for manufacturing the part you desire.

Good Morning Ivan...is this machine a custom designed unit for a specific manufacturing process? How old is the unit? Often the original manufacture can direct you to a parts supplier. I would imagine this CR4 should have a link or two as well. Good luck

I do not know the original manufacturer and I think it is a standard parts like hose fitting. I have made a search in CR4 but cannot find it. Maybe I am new to it. Do you have any experted advice to find it?

I need 1000 sets of it. Any help ! Thanks !

A company called DIXON BAYCO (www.dixonvalve.com) might be able to help.

Good luck

Ivan,

The picture of the ball fitting you have looks very similar to what you would find in your typical household shower head. Except the pressure you are using is 10X greater! Here is a link to Allied Supply, which has links to pneumatic, hydraulic, and other types of manufacturing equipment -

http://www.applied.com/

From the picture you posted, the flarred fitting end looks to be either a 1/4'' or 3/8" diam. In pneumatic fittings a J4 is for 1/4", or 4/16ths, and J6 is for 6/16ths, or 3/8". If you have an industrial park close by your office, look up pneumatic and hydraulic dist/wholesalers and give them a call or visit. Maybe even a plumbing or gas distributor could help. I'll add a couple of more links to pneum & hydr suppliers below.
