Satellite Phones in Mexico

I am looking for the best (read tech and commercial) option for satellite phone systems in Mexico. Where I plan to live, there is no cellphone communication. Any ideas please, especially from those with experience of the problem ?

I need voice telephone and internet service ideally with one fixed and one portable phone, though I am not limited nor bound by that.

Who told you that there is no cellphone communication in Mexico? There is 3G GSM mobile technologies used there along with landline services. Firstly confirm it, whether the problem is really a problem or not. After that, if you have any problem then we are ready to help you out.

Where I need this there is nothing ! No land lines and no cellphone communication.
