what is breaking capacity of a circuit breaker?

b) a circuit breaker is rated at 1500A,200MVA,33KV,3sec,3-PHASE

determine:

i)the normal current

ii)the breaking current

iii)the making current

iv)the short-time current rating

Wait, this DOES look like a home work question, and a really crappy one at that. There is not enough information provided to answer some of the more open-ended questions! If this is the standard of teaching at your school I can only cringe.
