i am not sure what the part is ? is it clear?

you might try inserting a decal or film to which the PU will bond

or you can in mold paint and the PU will stick to that

without know the PU material, process temp , tool temp etc and the use of the part it is hard to make a suggestion

Can I vaccuum coating on that PU.

you can vacuum a film or sheet into the mold and pour behind it and the PU should stick to the substrate

vinyl , abs, pc, are best... PP and PE are not good without flame treatment

if adhesion is a problem, try an alcohol wipe to clean and let dry

sometimes process lubicates (mineral oil) are on the surface of films

If the part is a doming resin, I doubt any adhered or painted surface would stand up to Quality testing. Toyota uses, or used to use, an integral additive to an aliphatic PU casting resin to get the golden color, but I'm not allowed to comment on what the additive is/was. There are also some polyols on the market that will give a "golden" tone to a cast PU resin, as part of the inhibitor package.

thank you very much But is it possible to give goleden effetc on embossed face only..that means I would like to Golden Effetc on embossed side back it would look like a clear PU resin.

It is nor doming resin it is a simple Solic patch embossed patch made from PU by casting.

Hi, You can use golden leaf which are cupper colored gold laminates that you apply with a glue and then you paint with and ocher stain to get the appereance of antique gold.
