The only Zetex I know is based up in Oldham and manufacturers the most wonderful transistors ever.

Used to be Ferranti until 1980s.

Don't suppose that helps much eh?

Zetex is a fabric material woven from fine silica 'fibres' and when used as gasket material it is ideal for high temperature applications up to about 1100 deg Centigrade.

Progress -

The likely product is for a high temperature textile. ZETEX is a registered trademark of Newtex Industries in Victor, NY. A search of TESS, the USPTO database produces the following table below (if the Paste works ok). There are other ZETEX trademarks. To have a look, click here and type in ZETEX in the search term.

Hope this helps.
