What possibility is there to shadow someone using it?

One of the problems with the product is that it is usually badly driven: one often sees printouts incorporated into documents and the content at Day One used to beat-up those who are involved. That's not what it is for. Any print-out from it needs to be treated like a map - it is out-of-date the moment it is printed. Used sensibly it can save large amounts of money. Used badly it can really piss people off and cost thousands more in delays....
