Hi guest, to be honest it's a sort of art to design a conveyor though basic first approaching computation could be performed relatively easy if give us more specific details.

What's kind of conveyor? For bulk material either for separate items. Is it a belt conveyor? What's kind of idler assembly, type of take-up device?
