What are all the drawbacks in LT votage instead of using HT voltage

Higher currents for the same amount of power mean more losses. Also, more material is needed to make the conductors to carry the extra current. Which means more weight. Which means any overhead structures need to be more massive and obtrusive compared with LT.

But one thing i am doing project regarding cost analysis between 11kv and 6.6kv(like cable ,transformer,switch gear cost) for the same capacity plant.what are all the points need to be considered in this project?
