i wat to get all parameters (fabrication as well as control )of an elecctrical industrial oven -4kw to 6 kw range with 60 to 100 degree celcious temper.

I'm curious to know, from the point of view of being as helpful as possible, what the industrial oven will be used for. Also, what kinds of searches have you already done for the information you are seeking? These two pieces of information will tell me if I can offer anything by way of assistance.
For example, are you drying paint or baking coatings (or bread)? Does the product pass through the oven like pizza or glass, or stay inside, like ceramic ware? Does the process require timers/automation? Is it close to people on the industrial floor? How big is it? Telling me what you will be using it for will answer these questions.
And do you want to build your own? Get a used one? Modify an existing one to your use? Have one custom made for your application, which could be a well known one or a novel application of some sort. Finding out where you have already looked, or if you have looked without any success will help me discover the type of brand/application variables you are considering.

it will be a n electriacal oven which may be converted to biogas fired one in the future .5 kw capacity with 24 tray oven having thermostat control and a blower.
