I shall go farer than previous comment: use a skilled engineer with experience till you learn from him and understand the specificity of usual codes. If you start without experience you can make errors and in pressure vessels errors= accident=dead persons and as the designer you are responsible for it.
If the <...we...> has to ask, then the <...we...> is not in a position to do that.
