Use correct Engineering and Safety Standards, along with a properly certified Manufacturer, who will make to the correct Specifications.

I shall go farer than previous comment: use a skilled engineer with experience till you learn from him and understand the specificity of usual codes. If you start without experience you can make errors and in pressure vessels errors= accident=dead persons and as the designer you are responsible for it.
