Need Southeastern U.S. source of Steel Castings...

I have a project that will require the casting of approximately 12,000 pieces. Each of the castings will weigh about 500 pounds (By fabricated steel estimate), and will conform to the following specification:

· C = 0.05 – 0.20%

· Si = 0.40 – 0.60%

· Mn = 0.60 – 0.80%

· P = 0.06%

· S = 0.05%

Vendors shall quote the above material with an alternate recommended material for the application (i.e.: ASTM A27/Grade 40-70).

These castings will be part of a larger fabricated assembly and will be used without machining. Sand casting should produce sufficient part quality.

I am looking for a casting source that is geographically located within a ??? radius of Greenville SC.
