GAS TURBINE LOW OUT PUT PROBABLE REASON

WE have FRAME-6 (GE MAKE) 33 mwNovouue pignone gas turbine running with last 7 years.

Major inspection carried out before 3 years ago, since last 1.5 years gas turbine giving very low out put even after off line water wash done.Giving @ 28-29 mw base load at 30 c'CTIM. What are the probable reason for detoriration of the machine. We are using LCO+RFG(REFINERY FUEL GAS) as a fuel.
