Hello akhilesh_dubey

To save me lots of typing, refer to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_cooker

That should get you started, quite easily, on solar cooker manufacture.

Kind Regards....

First a - 5 de Mayo - hat. Then a six pack Beer and From there I will invent some kind of hook off with a couples good solar panels and runned like a sandwiched two metals plates ( StainLess) within a heat exchanger coil in between which will be radiating heat across this like ('Heat Exchanger'). I will use some kind of food grade liquid media solution into such loop ('Heat Resistant Tubing') and a circulator that run with some low voltage DC motor pump feed by same solar cell unit. Then get a (PPE-Personal Protection Equipment-) and a fire extinguisher around won't hurt to have as prevention. This will be a "Hi-Tech Sustainable Barbecue of the Moment" Buddies, This are only off the hook 'brainstorming idea' - Hehaahaaii... - 'don't bring it to the bank yet' - But at least sounds a fun project absoluptly, enjoy and have a whole bunch of fun pal's,

Open up That Umbrella,

Heeheehaa.. No for real, I did though of an -Solar Cooker- which will run at solar energy but to do it, It will need like a couples of solar panels collecting sun heat and which will be part of a heating loop by MotorPump running at low voltage supplied by the solar cells units itself. We'll need to find out some kind of food grade glycol that will be the heat media liquid solution for the solar collectors units and a receiver tank which contain the hot liquid solution as reservoir. This loop will be consisting of pressures and temperatures gages to monitor it operating conditions. Also a relief valve as safety precaution similar to a hot water solar heater somehow. StainlessSteel will be the prefered material for the hot cooking surfaces absolutly due it sanitary attributes. A heat exchanger unit are be placing in between such metals plates for the heat transfering effect on cooking surfarce area. This is just -'a brainstorming here a little' just for the share of an idea but any better approaching from the Masters here on CR-4 will overcome mine further acceptable, No Problemooo... Plus it will be great to have couples of beers and a nice huge hat to protecting from the strong sunrays outhere. Too hot these days my friends. Absolutly a Hi-Tech steam table cooking officially.

Barbecue Time,

MC
