Cost-Effective Buoyancy Material

Hello everyone!

I am looking for most cost efective buoyancy material instaling on 200 m seawater deep. As syntatic foam or copolymer . Where to buy ?

Er, expanded polystyrene? Balsa wood? What is it being used for?

Normaly expanded PVC as copolymer is used up 500 m deep
