dirty earthohmic value

i wonder about the ohmic value for dirty earth for rod and delta and also grid

also same for the clean earth

What do you mean "dirty earth" verses "clean earth"? I've heard of salt water being used to cheat the system but it dissolves the grounding rods after a few years. Are you near any body of salt water?
