What is the hyper light sensor?what is the difference between that sensor and multi-wave length sensor?

Never heard of a 'hyper' light sensor - is it an extremely active one?

I think thats the sensor to let you know if your beacon is on while traveling in hyperspace.

After search i found that it is light sensor with wide dynamic range. thaks for your response.
