PLC Software for Panasonic PLC's

Hi all, would appreciate your feedback.

We've a situation wherein we need to support one of our old installations, which is controlled by a Panasonic FPG-C32T PLC. Now, by some snafu, we cant seem to find our Panasonic programming software (as now we usually use Keyence or Omron). Can anyone suggest a location where I can get this software? I've contacted our local distributor, but in essence, he is charging me 700 USD for the software (an option he gave me is that, if I buy a new PLC unit, the software is free!).

Or, would you know of an alternative programming software for Panasonic PLC's

I am familiar with Matchushita PLCs series fp1,fp0 etc.

FP PLCs are FPc16,FPc24,FPc40Fpc56 and FPc72

I have not come across FP32

I have the software called FPsoft./npst

I know only the Matchshita PLC s are from National Panasonic group of companies.

Let me know the exact problem .

Even if you have the software you require suitable rs232/rs422 converter and the Cable.

If it is only modification of programme you can do it with Hand held Programmer.

Thanks Ramvinod. Actually, our problem is downloading the program, so we can modify it, and upload again. The reason being is some new sequences are needed.

I guess that we really have to get the software/cable combo, because we dont have a hand held programmer.

I do not use any hotel automation?

If you can elaborate the system what you are looking for ,may be we can think of developing suitable automation package .

If by any chance you can prove that you owned the software at one time, I've found the panasonic folks very helpful in providing a backup copy after I was stupid enough to destroy the CD, but then again, I had a very good Panasonic rep.
