I don't reply to Email addresses, and placing your email address in a public Post is likely to bring you SPAM, because of webcrawler email address harvesters.
The best advice I can give you, is to concentrate on improving your English language spelling and grammar.
I trust that you are not offended, but accept that it is in your best interest.
Kind Regards....

Almost every Engineering job in the world, is going to require a mastery of English, written, spoken, spelled correctly, and understood.
The reason is simple: In spite of Chinese language being spoken by more people, and Spanish language the same, English is the language of the Internet, and is also used on most Construction Projects, as well as being a requirement of major hirers in the Engineering fields.
If you choose not to take my best advice, or best advice re English and how major Companies hire their technical Staff, then you, sadly, will not be the winner you aspire to be.
Kind Regards....

You say you want to join SEIMENS or MOTOROLLA as if it's as easy as walking up to the front door and saying "OK, I'm here, train me!"
The world doesn't work like that, at least not around here. Companies are there to make a profit, not train people, that is what schools are for.
You may want to get your degree and target these companies for employment, but they will not start you off doing high level R&D, those jobs go Sr. level employees with experence.
But good luck to you.

Thanks for your comments labyguy but i think you are out of some -ve thinkers. Well i hope before adding this comment you must have checked your degree that it mentions you are an engineer if it does then degree is not fake and if both things are ok , then every engineer must have undergone industrial training , right? moreover hospitality industry is there for profit more than any other company/institutions , and they also employ students for industrial training..... so brush up your mind with HARPIC :D .
