Mechanial Seal for Durco Mark II, Group III

hi,

I want to know which seal type will fit Durco Mark II, Group III for 6 x 8 – 14 Pump.
As we can't open Pump due to running operation.
Stuffing Box dimensions, if available, will do the job.

What is missing from the response obtained from the original equipment manufacturer's customer service and spare parts specialists?

Hi Tanveer

Stuffing box deatails including the shaft and sleeve detail is required to find the seal size, if you are unable to dismentle the pump then you should contact the Pump Manufacturer/Pump delear.

As far as the seal type/selection you must know the media /fluid detail inlcuding pumping tempreture, suction pressure,working pressure,viscosity, RPM.

if you collect the details then the problem can be solved
