thanks a lot for your answer. now we installed both and two system including HVOF and 9mb plasma, in 15 days time we are planing to start coating.

but TGO, can you explain this layer? what is the tickness of this layer?

Your answer is... thermally grown oxide scales (TGO) found at ScienceDirect. It looks like they have other info/papers on plasma coatings.

Hi,

TGO stands likely for thermally grown oxide.

Any thickness from 5 nm to 5 µm is used.

If you have money to buy a system you should allow some amount and time for your own studies and literature:

Maissel and Glang or Vossen and Kern have written magnificent handbooks on the topics of "Thin Film Technology", there is vast literature including conferences and periodicals.
