When I was a young engineer such properties used to be calculated with formulae in a book entitled "Properties of Gases and Liquids" published by McGraw-Hill, if I remember correctly.

I believe the text you are referring to is "The Properties of Gases and Liquids Their Estimation and Correlation" by Robert Reid and Thomas K. Sherwood. McGraw-Hill (1966). I briefly scanned this text, but only saw reference to mass diffusion coefficients. Perhaps a pay-for-use provider has the information being requested; alternatively, experimental measurements could be made.

Alright then, how about "Mass Transfer [Operations]" also by McGraw-Hill and actually of the Chemical Engineering Series I believe. Guset would need the mass diffusivity and other properties together with the convective data to calculate the coefficient personally.

Perry, "The Chemical Engineer's Handbook", any edition.
