What is static pressure ? What is External static Pressure ? How do we do static pressure calculations for an AHU ?

Static pressure is pressure on the walls of the fluid contanier

External static pressure is pressure that is applied from an external source such as duct work attached to a supply fan.

Static pressure is derived by deviding total pressire by velocity pressure.

In other words total pressure is = to static pressure plus velocity pressure
