spray system

To whom it may concern,

My name is Thomas Thiel, I am looking for a company that can quote me a system that will spray a coating on the inside of a steel backed babbit based bearing (samples can be provided), I have a quote from one company which has the necessary items needed. we currently outsource this procedure but want to bring it internal. I am either looking for a turn key system to buy or a quote on the items listed below. The system needs to have:

1- spray booth (table top)

1- diaphragm pump with 2 into 1 regulator, dual regulators, dual regulators, 5 gallon suction rods, and circulation kit.

1- explosion proof single pass paint heater.

1- 5 gallon SS agitator lid with air manifold assembly with quick disconnect.

2- automatic spray guns (Kremlin A-25 or similar)

2- Automatic circulating gun bases

2- Round spray nozzle and extension 3/4" with 360 degree spray.

1- desiccant air dryer with coalescing oil filter

2- ARO runaway valves model 63504 (or similar)

We would like the two spray guns to be activated by a push button. The guns could be mounted either above or below the part but needs to be adjustable. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call.
