I want the function diagram of an inverter (lenze 9220) is recommanded and any information about it ?

Easy. Contact the original equipment manufacturer and obtain a copy of the equipment manual.

this is old model lenze servo driver. it was used before 9300 series.

The best way is that you need to contact them and want user manual as pdf file.
