Dough Mixer

07/30/2008 10:58 PM

Dough Mixer. I am looking for a dough mixer that I can buy. Please advice where I can find one. I have not been able to locate them. I just know that they are utilized in the bakery industry. I need a 70 to 100 gallon capacity. We're located in USA.

Thanks for your help.

Why don't you google "dough mixer". If you do, you will find this.

There are any number of previously-enjoyed process equipment vendors in most countries. The likelihood of availability of dough mixers in their stocks is usually high.

Try yellow pages for restaurant suppliers - new and used. Lot's of restaurant going under these days. Probably lots of mixers looking for new homes. Also, if you seek home-grade mixer, check estate sales listings.

Go to eBay and search either, "dough mixer", or, "Hobart". They're all there new and used in all sizes.

I had a great dough mixer in the late 80's, 105 lbs. Great swivel and all that. Then she left and took all of the dough. DOH!

The best dough mixers that come to my mind are the "Hobart" mixers and they come in all sizes. Google Hobart mixers and you will find one to meet your requirement
