The injectors' valves' positions are adjusted by a common fuel rack gear, which alters all of them simultaneously. The position of the engine speed device moves the fuel rack so as to alter the relationship between the amount of fuel introduced into the combustion chamber and the amount "spilled back" to the fuel tank.

Hello according to the common rail injector I have dismentled the most type of common rail injectors for cars &trucks I did not find fuel rack gear inside, the injector working only by high pressure solenoid valve.
