Our restaurant in Indonesia (Bakmi GM) have many kind of gas regulator. How to standardize our gas regulator?

What must be done prior to looking at any regulators is what is the operating gas pressures and flows of the individual pieces of equipment that are fed by gas. This information is usually found in the equipment technical/maintenence manuals. Once this is done, one way of minimizing the number of regulators is have the grouped equipment on a common header supplied by a single regulator. (This is one way of doing this, but how your facility is piped will depend upon local plumbing and gas codes). Also, a good resource of info is a local restaurant equipment supplier. They would have the expertise to help you design the gas supply system and are familiar with local codes.
