What does the plate on the motor say?

there is no detail describing whether it is synchronous or induction type.

the details in motor are freq , amps, volts, hp, phase.

A synchronous motor requires a field connection. Do you see some kind of field control? The rated speed on the nameplate may also be an indicator; for example a synchronous motor might have a rated speed of 3600, 1800, 1200 rpm, as compared to an induction motor were the same speeds will be a little smaller, say 3450, 1740, 1120 rpm.

When the motor runs, does the speed ever vary with changing load? Yes? - Then induction.

Unless your motor is very large, it is likely an induction motor.
