What answer do you expect from this thread? Is this a place to test the knowledge of members of CR4. Or is this an interview of the members you are taking?First of all there is a more decent and gentle way to put up a thread in this forum. Please refine your thread and say clearly what is your real requirement.

A 33 Kv substation is an in complete statement. You must know the number of Incomers, transformation ratio ( 33/11 Kv or 33/ 3.3Kv or 33/ 0.44Kv or only 33 Kv distribution substation etc).You must know how many out going feeders/Type of Substation Out door or Indoor ,the number of transformers,bus coupler, the type of protective relays and many more information. Once you have all these information and palace them in proper sequence you can make your own line diagram.

Refer to the design drawings for the substation in question.

Do you mean "single line diagram of 33kv sub station", in that case yes. It is a less complex representation than a complete wiring or system drawing.
