It depends on what type of joint you are talking about, and I am unable to read your mind.

Bolts, screws, nails, glue, silicone sealant, there are hundreds of different things and ways to do what you ask.

Acetone, Chloroform, MEK, and other Solvents can soften and dissolve Perspex, and be used to make invisible joints, if you are careful.

Solvents which dissolve Perspex are all organically based, very toxic, require proper care in use, are inflammable and/or explosive in spark situations in air.

If you do not have the proper training and equipment to work with organic solvents, do not attempt using these.
