Add batteries until it last 24hours. Install a rectifier circuit, add a plug and plug it into a socket.

If it has a photo cell for switching it off during the day--then find it and disable it by either covering it or tear it open and bypass it.

Look for a small lens.

Didn't think of that angle. Of course more information would be a nice thing to have as well....

When I was in college, I got on the roof of the dorm and hung one of these, just out of reach, just outside of my R.A.s window. Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink.

I thought I was funny or something.

When I was in the Navy we had a couple of people that went and put a Domino's Pizza sign with a couple car batteries up on the mast of our ship. The captain was not amused:)

HAHA--That is so sad. Do you know how hard it is to keep photo-eyes working properly??!!! Well anyway, glad I could help.

As you can see from the smart-a** answers you have gotten, you haven't given enough detail. We can't tell what you really want: are you looking for a circuit diagram to build one? Do you have one that blinks only when its dark, and you want it to blink all the time? etc.

Provide more detail and you might get a useful answer.

Sorry to hear you crushed the photocell. Here is a little equation I worked up in my spare time. Photocell + Duct Tape = Dark

I LOVE DUCT TAPE!!!

--But---

Needle-nose can be configured to poke just one eye out or both.

When Photo eyes fail in my plant--We are almost--ALMOST-- permitted to shoot the lights out rather than be responsible for a failed photo eye.
