Do you mean something like a hammer mill or a mower?

I am looking for an linkage attachment to a tractor that can combine the following parts: (a) cut a roadside hedge, (b) feed the hedge cuttings into a chipping device and then, (c) using a blower, feed the wood chips into a trailer.

I appreciate the replies so far!

Councils tend to use tractor attachments with flailing or saw devices. They were my first port of call. I have also tried road mainenance contractors.

Please check out www.dutchdragon.nl

They build chippers also large tractor driven chipper with their own crane and if needed with a saw grapple to cut hedge or branches.

According to local circumstance they can make a cost price calculation for the machine.
