Randall is right, There are services that track these items and sell the reports. Usually the suppliers use these services to track trends, capacity and market changes. With ABS a small disruption often results in price swings because the consumption runs close to capacity. There are also big players that consume product internally that fall out of the surveys and cam drive the market unexpectedly. It used to be grouped in the back of Chemical Processing publications.
