But the MDP14 datasheet does not include the MDP1400' schematic.

It indicates the MDP1400's schematic is special.

So I still can not get this"special"schematic for MDP1400 from

the datasheet.

Hello, with the MFG info you maybe able to get the info on what the internal configuration is and/or from the mfg of the unit the part is used in.

Are you trying to repair a unit or reverse engineer a unit?

Or if you have several and just trying to figure out the internal configuration you can start by using a ohm meter and map the internal by measuring from the first pin to every other pin and noting the value. Then do each pin in order. Then you should be able to figure out the internal layout and value.

I don't know if this will help or not, I have used these methods in the past to to repair and make drawings for units I was not able to get prints for.
