Dear Jagan,

You have not mentioned the thickness factor. However, you can refer to Industrial guide, Chamber of commerce in major states, B2B etc.. There are lot of metal spinning industries in Gujarat, Maharashtra and other parts who deal with SS, AL spinning regularly.

You can also refer to M/s Anup Engineering Limited, in Ahmadabad - Gujarat for your requirement.

Dear Jagan,

The work hardening during spinning of Inconel will be a major issue. It can be overcome by hot spinning which is challenging technology. Deep drawing should meet your requirements. If needed, multi stage drawing with annealing to overcome work hardening should serve the purpose. This is time tested widely available technique.

Good luck.

I am sorry I forgot to add. There are no comparable hot spinning facilities in India as I know of. Most Taiwan companies are very competitive and prompt. My experience with them is very pleasent.
