Market wanted, fueless power generation.

09/05/2008 5:49 AM

In hydro power generation pressure may be replaced with volume.

In refrigeration Co2 cools by passing from high confined, to low expansive pressure.

Thermal increase in Co2 raises it liguid pressure to vapour pressure. expansion chamber cools to temperature and pressure liquid.

This convection current is obtainable of Co2 at any air temperature.

DaS Energy exploits the Co2 vapour pressure between heating and cooling.

9 bar pressure Co2 vapour 1 litre per second produces 720 watts.

Co2 temperature pressure chart defines volume of flow required for power output.

The technology is on the table.

It has one moving part.

It has everything from piston engines, to Steam turbines working against it.

Enough nerds must read this to take up the revolution in technology.

Hello DaS Energy

Energy for export use must come from somewhere = fuel.

Please explain how the "Power Generation" you speak of, is "Fuel less".

Kind Regards....

Hello Sparkstation.

The power generation I speak of is fueless in the sense that it operates at air temperature, by air temperature providing the needed heat to the Co2.

Cheers

I think the "one moving part" could be money moving from someone's wallet down a hole.

Hello Drone 601,

You wouldn't be the first to think so!

Everything done has not been done before and I dont know why!

Perhaps in a complicated World people seek out complicated answers not simplicity.

Air heated Ammonia piston motors have been around since the 18th Centruary.

Our first work was to replace the piston with a turbine.

Next we replaced the Ammonia with Co2 as both are refrigerants, but Co2 gives the greatest pressure to temperature increase.

Cheers

yup steam is a caveman techique. But is CO2 better then hydrogen, or hellium? A bunch of peolpe are using hydrogen, and hellium for extra safty. Apparently these gases expand the most when heated.(and fastest?)

I'd sign an NDA to see your design.

Hello Buzneg,

Spent lots of time looking at Hydrogen and Helium, they both supply more pressure to heat than Co2. Its the temperature and pressure from which they turn into liquidand vapour that brings its problems.

I shot for the most managable in using Co2.

No need to sign anything, I put up the design so others could copy but not Patent.

Happy to walk you through the whole thing.

The revolving valve, hydro turbine and blower are shaped into the one cylinder of length, with spacing between functions for bearing.

The top sealed tank need be large enough to allow the exhausting Co2 to cool down by expansion or have air, water or other cooling.

The remainder is pipe of strength enough to withold the pressure the turbine is working at.

A blower is not required if air temperature heating is to be sole means of activation.

Power output is 720 watts per 1 litre per second of Co2 vapour at 9 bar pressure.

Co2 vapour at 9 bar pressure 1 litre per second produces a liquid flow of 1 litre per second at 9 bar pressure.

Doubling either bar pressure or litre flow per second doubles the wattage output.

Cheers

Peter
