Please identify the widgets?

What rubber or plastic are the widgets that attach to Crocs (the rubber shoes) made out of? I am looking for the name of a rubber or plastic that is moldable, can be hot stamped and is slightly flexiblebut hard enough to be able to snap with a male/female snap.

Most likely they are PVC. It is a commodity material (read "inexpensive") and satisfies all of your design requirements. ABS is also a possibility (and even less expensive), but it does not take color quite as easily.
