What does DM/FM stands for.In the single line diagram, it is connected after the main disconnecting breaker.

You have failed to place a picture of that single-line diagram, so it is guesswork, because we have no way of reading your mind at present.

DM = Dump Module (Water treatment control switchboard)

FM = Feeder Module or Fire Module.

It might stand for the following:

DM = Digital Meter

FM = Frequency Meter
