	We installed a DVR 4CH on a Super market and connected that with the owner's PC but some problem coming. In the REMOTE VIEWER software it says CONNECTION ESTABILISHED but no video on the Remote viewer also can not playback from the DVR??? We work on IP and DNS.... but nothing???
