gas pipeline system

I have planed to layout of gas pipeline system without any calculation ,and these pipes make connection between the old system and the new one, so the broplem is how to make sure that the gas pumps can suck the gas from the tank and delivery it to the service point. thanks at all

As per your original question a few days ago - here is an answer

More information is needed:

  1. A sketch showing elevations/heights and distances would help immensely.
  2. Design conditions of gas pumps is required. NPSHr especially.
  3. Flowrates. I assume just standard automobile gas.
  4. Size of piping and number of fittings.

No one can help you without more information, particularly a sketch/drawing of your system

First you must sure about the suction power of pump. Now if its not accordingly to meet your requirement then you must install more pump and its depend which type of flow you required either axial or radial flow in order to boost the pressure of pump.

No... you can not do that. You still need backup calculation even water pipe. That's call engineering.

There are lot of risks can be face up especially for gas pipeline system. Think safety first prior to do it.
